Our Story

Once upon a time in the heart of Wiltshire, we were a little team making sausages for our neighbours. Life was simple, delicious, and full of sizzling pans.

But one day, we ended up with a mountain of sausage meat… and a certain Hettie at home had a few too many eggs. So we thought, “Why not try a few Scotch eggs?”

Well, those golden beauties didn’t last long. They flew off the shelves faster than we could fry them! Before we knew it, sausages were out, Scotch eggs were in—and Hettie Hen was officially hatched.

We handcraft every egg with the same care, crunch, and cheeky charm that started it all.
